Enhance your event with our expert wellness speakers, wellness workshops and classes, and wellness-oriented icebreakers and team-building sessions. Classes and workshops can be packaged into Workplace Wellness Programs as well. All sessions are available on-site, online or hybrid.

  • Event Wellness Speaker (1 hour)
    Engaging presentations by our top trainers with insights and experiential guidance on wellness subjects such as stress management, emotional wellness, personal development, self-care, aging well, etc.
  • Wellness Session with Yoga, Tai-chi or Multi-modal Exercise (45 min - 1 hr)
    Our Wellness Classes offer Yoga, Tai-Chi, or Multi-modal Exercise. Each class is designed to balance your energy, increase your power and enhance your awareness, ensuring your mind-body connection and natural wellness potential. Develop strength, flexibility, and balance with our Body & Brain yoga class. With their signature breathing postures, our yoga class trains your body and helps you develop energy and ground your awareness. Body & Brain Tai-chi class integrates energy work and healing martial arts. This combination helps to activate the flow of energy in your body, improving your strength, energy balance, and mental clarity. Our multi-modal exercise class, which combines elements of yoga, qigong, breathing, and meditation, promises to ground, relax, and recharge your body and mind, ensuring your readiness for an engaging and productive meeting.
  • Stress Management with Brain-boosting Exercise (45 min - 1 hr)
    Boost energy for your brain and enhance cognitive functions with brain tapping, smiling breathing, and nonsymmetric moves. These exercises are designed to refresh moods, relieve stress, foster neuroplasticity and creative thinking, enhance focus and learning, and support positive energy and emotional balance.
  • Mid-Day Brain Break (20 - 30 minutes)
    Take a revitalizing break in the midst of your day with our dynamic mid-day wellness session. Featuring a series of light, energizing exercises, this refreshing interlude will invigorate your attendees, revitalizing both body and mind for heightened focus and productivity.
  • Aura Imaging and Reading (per scheduled hours)
    Aura Imaging and Reading, the simplest form of our Personal Wellness Services, can be easily added to our event wellness package. Our biofeedback imaging system will analyze the energy flow through your body and generate a visual display of energy condition, stress level, and body-mind-spirit balance.
  • Immersive Wellness Workshops (1 - 1.5 hrs)
    Body & Brain Wellness Workshops help you relax your body, calm your mind and recharge your energy. Our workshop themes include: Stress Management, Gut Health, and the Power of Mindfulness. In our Stress Management workshop, you will learn simple yet effective strategies and tools for reducing stress, balancing energy, and alleviating anxiety through meridian stretching, breathing, and meditation. Gut health is not only for your digestion. It is the foundation for the health and wellness of your body and brain. Learn how to exercise your gut for immune boosting, mental clarity and emotional balance.
