Chris Woolley is a Body & Brain Instructor with over nine years of experience and a strong foundation in kinesiology and athletic coaching. He holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and spent 14 years as a college professor teaching exercise science, functional movement, and sports performance. For 20 years, Chris coached competitive soccer across all levels—from youth club and high school teams to collegiate programs and the Olympic Development Program (ODP). His deep understanding of biomechanics, athletic performance, and injury prevention gives him unique insight into how the body and mind must work together for optimal results. Chris discovered Body & Brain during a time of physical pain and high stress. Through Qigong, breathwork, and mind–body training, he experienced meaningful healing and a return to balance—an experience that reshaped his career and inspired his dedication to helping others. Today, Chris specializes in helping athletes improve performance using Body & Brain methods, enhancing core stability, focus, energy flow, and stress resilience. He also supports individuals of all backgrounds in optimizing health, releasing tension, and building sustainable tools for emotional and physical well-being. As a recognized Qigong Expert and speaker, Chris is a featured instructor on Brain Education TV, where his clear, grounded teaching helps thousands learn practical techniques to energize, restore, and strengthen their bodies.
