With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a background in neuroscience, she combines clinical insight with over four years of experience as a Body & Brain instructor. Specializing in Qigong-based emotional wellness, Erin integrates therapeutic movement, mindful breathwork, and energy principles to help individuals deepen self-awareness and regulate their emotions. Her teaching blends the grounding clarity of counseling with the transformative power of mind–body training. Erin’s guidance is clear, steady, and compassionate—creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
