JiMo Lee is a Program Manager, Lead Instructor, and Certified Health Coach with 13 years of experience with Body & Brain, specializing in Brain Education, Qigong, and lifestyle-based wellness. She focuses on brain-based longevity, helping individuals build resilience, balance, and emotional well-being through mindful movement and practical daily routines. JiMo is also the owner of the Body & Brain Center in Raleigh, where she leads classes, workshops, and community programs designed to support whole-person health and meaningful lifestyle change. Before entering the wellness field, JiMo worked as a Project Manager for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, bringing strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills to her work. She holds an MBA and studied Textile Science at Cornell University, giving her a unique blend of analytical insight and human-centered understanding. As a corporate wellness facilitator and holistic coach, JiMo delivers programs that help employees manage stress, strengthen nervous-system regulation, and cultivate healthy habits.
