He holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and spent 14 years as a college professor teaching exercise science, functional movement, and sports performance. For 20 years, Chris coached competitive soccer across all levels—from youth club and high school teams to collegiate programs and the Olympic Development Program (ODP). His deep understanding of biomechanics, athletic performance, and injury prevention gives him unique insight into how the body and mind must work together for optimal results. Cherie Clark-Moore has been a Body & Brain program manager and instructor for nine years and is the owner of Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi in Conroe/Magnolia, north of Houston, Texas, which she opened in 2017. Cherie is the mother of 12-year-old twin girls, has lived in nine countries, and has been married for 26 years. Her professional background spans multiple fields — she has worked as a geologist in the oil and gas industry, a teacher in international American schools, and a teacher trainer and parenting educator. Through all of these experiences and life’s challenges, she learned — sometimes the hard way — the importance of self-care for the body, mind, and spirit.
